Production in the factory

The process of creating an energy-efficient house in our company flows in a planned manner, putting an emphasis on the special care during the performance of individual stages of production. Firstly, we prepare documentation including all the details, and technical solutions which is later used in the building process. Then, we select appropriate materials, like wood and feedstock needed for the construction of walls, ceilings and the roof. Furthermore, we perform controlled assembly on the production line: including the installation of windows and external doors, as well as the implementation of the plaster layer (mesh, glue), and the execution of wiring for an electrical installation.

The ready-made partitions of the house are placed in the warehouse and wait for the delivery date scheduled in the contract. Our method of building houses with the use of fully prefabricated elements allows us to control the quality of our houses and significantly accelerate the delivery of partitions to the construction site, simultaneously minimising the risk of damage that could be caused by weather conditions.
